1ST TRIP to Meacom's Pier in 2003
High Island Texas

Anthony strikes first in 2003! Fish #1, 43" long and 32#'s on my hand held scale. The whole family was there to see it. Albert, Prissy (Mom) and Andie posing with Anthony.

Fish #2, 39" long Look at the spots on this baby. We counted 106 spots total.

Fish #3, 41" long Anthony catches another!

Fish #4, 42" long.

Now for the REPORT!

It was beautiful out there and had a great time at Meacom's again.
We had 5 runs and landed 4 over size redfish that were 39" to 43" long.
Bait was a little easier to catch. The water must be warming up and the bait fish are showing up again. I think Prissy caught the 1st whiting off of Meacom's for 2003.
The shrimp boats were working the area hard and were keeping the water really muddy.
All fish were caught on Friday. Saturday was beautiful but we could not even buy a bite.
The tide was extremely low and this could of had something to do with the lack of action on Saturday.
